Ice Cream Catering in South Florida: FAQ

How much ice cream do I need for 100 guests?

Plan 115–120 servings (your guest count plus 15–20% for seconds). A 12 Qt tub serves about 75 adults (4 oz cups) and a 6 Qt tub about 37, so two 12 Qt tubs cover 100 adults with room to spare. For kids, a 12 Qt tub serves about 85 keiki (2.5 oz cups).

Do you have dairy-free options?

Yes. We bring non-dairy ice cream, plus kid-friendly, nut-free and dairy-free options. Shave ice add-ons include condensed milk and li hing mui. Call (954) 530-2231 to plan around your guests' needs.

How far do you travel?

We cater across South Florida: Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, from Fort Lauderdale, Weston and Hollywood to Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Miami. Our shop is in Davie.

Self-serve or an on-site scooper?

Your pick. Choose self-serve tubs or an on-site scooper, at a table-top station or a pop-up booth. Events have a 1–2 hour minimum unless quoted. Off-site events where we sell to your guests (fundraisers, festivals): minimum sales guarantee, e.g. $500.

How much does catering cost?
